Amid this turmoil, Rawad Abou Zaki, Founder & CEO of Hover City, Inc., envisioned solutions that would not only alleviate the hardships faced by vulnerable communities but also strengthen the foundations of society—enhancing the resilience of infrastructure, social systems, economies, and the environment.

Hover City was born from the urgency to create lasting change, offering rapid housing solutions that empower communities, spark innovation, and drive sustainable progress.

Urban areas currently rely on an antiquated infrastructure. With an estimated population of nearly 7 billion in cities by 2050, governments grapple with handling the significant rise in population, pollution, natural calamities, and virus outbreaks in such concentrated environments.
